Your name, surname, telephone number, email address, signature, details of payment for services provided (e.g. price of services provided, billing account, etc.) and information necessary for the quality of the service (e.g. marital status, details of your family, details of your and/or your family's interests, hobbies and needs). Also data about transactions you have entered into with Dzūkija Dvůr partners and/or third parties, correspondence history and other data related to the planning of the event, using social networking platforms.
Your personal data will be kept for 10 years from the date of expiry of the contract.
We receive this personal data directly from you when you contact Dzūkijos dvaras to receive an offer/contract (e.g. by answering questions on the platform) and/or when you enter into a contract with Dzūkijos dvaras and/or when you use the services provided by Dzūkijos dvaras.
Improving the quality of services provided
The processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of Dzūkijos dvaras or a third party, to improve the quality of the services provided (Article 6(f) of the Regulation).
