If you are expecting to find a regular restaurant here, you will be surprised indeed! We are waiting for you in the Dining-room. Regular waiters are not available here as well. During the feast you will be served by exclusive butlers, while on the daily basis – by less fancy single-hearted ladies of Dzūkija. Well, the coffee will be prepared by kaviarka – our Manor is deservedly famous for its coffee in the entire area! Kaviarka selects the coffee beans by her own choice, prioritizing the ones roasted in Lithuania; her coffee is as black as a coal and exceptionally strong!
Our food is prepared exactly the way as it is supposed to in a provincial manor – fresh, made out of local products and with a touch of a creative chef. It has become the pride of “Manor of Dzūkija”.

Buns of Dzūkija – a special ,,Manor of Dzūkija“ dish
Buns of Dzūkija – a pride of the region. It is especially favorable dish among local residents. Special preparation and knowledge is needed to prepare such a dish and most importantly - an authentic dough-trough stove heated with firewood. Patience is also very important - it takes a considerable amount of time to prepare the dish.
In fact, the buns would not be complete without cabbage leaves and loving hands of the chef. We are happy with the opportunity to present special buns of "Manor of Dzūkija". After traditions merged with the artifice of a professional chef, the widespread traditional Lithuanian dish has become a modern interpretation and it solidly represents the region's culinary tradition.
