1. We bake the bannocks every weekend from Friday to Sunday. You can taste the bands in the Dzūkija Manor restaurant and order them to take away. 2. Try the Dzūkija Manor Dzūkija bandas EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME and learn not only how to bake a real Dzūkija bandas, but also taste the fresh bandas yourself! Advance booking is required. The herds educational programme is available for groups of 15 persons and more. 3. Dzūkija herds are the pride of the region and a traditional dish, much loved by the local population, which in ancient times meant honouring a guest when served on the table.
